Exactly.  He had many years of experience working with these lions.  Suicide is the only logical conclusion.

Lack of willingness to change sums up this country and I doubt it will change in the next 20 years

Yes, if the focus was put on illegal hunting, instead of placing them in a zoo, that would create a good chance.
