Should Patel be the first one to get fired?

While Bondi has shown a great deal of incompetence and so has Hesgeth, so far they have survived. But Patel on the other hand seems like he's in way over his head, and this recent Kirk incident in Utah certainly seems to speak volumes about how grossly incompetent the man is.

After all, Patel only narrowly cleared the final hurdle, reflecting the deep divisions over his nomination - the last three FBI picks were approved by at least 90 senators.

Patel’s upbeat tone contrasted with frustration and anger, both inside and outside the FBI, over his handling of the most high-profile moment of his tenure so far. Some FBI employees told CNN they found it galling for Patel to claim personal credit for the most successful parts of the investigation.

Patel’s response during the rapid-fire series of events surrounding Kirk’s horrific murder has led some allies of President Donald Trump to question both publicly and privately whether he is equipped to handle the country’s top law enforcement agency.

Christopher Rufo, an influential right-wing activist and senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, a conservative think tank, posted on X Friday that it was “time for Republicans to assess whether Kash Patel is the right man to run the FBI.” We would be wise to take a moment and ask whether Kash Patel has what it takes to get this done,” Rufo wrote. “I’ve been on the phone the last few days with many conservative leaders, all of whom wholeheartedly support the Trump Administration and none of whom are confident that the current structure of the FBI is up to this task.”

When MAGA heads here, openly rooted for economic disaster, war & worse, for the Biden administration. I did not see you rallying around the Grand Old Flag.  So give it a rest.

Don't you get tired of defending incompetents and deplorables?

Think Kash is getting grilled by the Senate tomorrow regarding the Kirk shooting. The shooter is behind and to the right of Kirk.......weird stuff going on......

Patel did an excellent job. Finding the ANTIFA LGBT killer of Charlie Kirk so quickly in a mere 2 days, is  almost  Wonderland efficiency.

The decision to put out photos of the Perp to get friends or family to recognise him was crucial and an excellent call.

Well done FBI, well done Mr Patel.

A lot of us American citizens are deeply concerned with trumps incompetent cabinet picks so it’s the exact opposite of what you are stating.to many lucid Americans it seems that this administration is working against the USA and our erstwhile allies.

Finding this guy had nothing to do with FBI competence, and had everything to do with a family member ratting the guy out in good conscience.

But it is very like Patel to claim credit for things that he had nothing whatsoever to do with.

It did actually, because the FBI's director, Mr Patel, made the decision to show the photos of the perp to the media with the aim that friends or family identify him. That's exactly what happened, so very well done by Mr Patel.

In the Boston Marathon bombing it took 3 days for the FBI to issue the photos. In the Kirk case Patel ensured this was done much quicker.

'

If we consider that it took 2 months to apprehend James Earl Ray and now 33 hours to apprehend furry leftie ANTIFA boy, clearly the FBI is working much better now.

Kash Patel Replaced by Startled Deer

WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—In a setback for the embattled FBI director, Kash Patel learned on Friday that he was being replaced by a startled deer.

According to White House sources, Donald J. Trump made the decision after concluding that the deer would instill more confidence during its media appearances.

Informing Patel of his decision in a brief phone call, Trump reportedly said, “Sorry, Kash—we’re going deer.”

What I particularly like about Patel is how transparent he's being. His efforts to update all of us on the investigation are stellar.

Where else is police this transparent?

Before or after phat Fanni...ha ha ha (feckless desperate haters)

Fired for what....eviscerating the dumb as biden loon Cory Booker....lol....NOT A CHANCE.  Patel is way too smart and valuable.

Have a listen, hilarious.

I do not believe it to be rooting against the USA to want a competent person to run a federal agency or to be a cabinet secretary. Nor is it fair to the decent cabinet members that they have to share space with incompetent people?  I don't know if Patel is really as bad as is  claimed, and I leave it to  the experts to decide. However, I do know that Kennedy is a menace and needs to be  removed. Trump promised him a role in return for the endorsement. Trump kept his word, but now Kennedy has dropped the ball multiple times.

When a second/co-deputy Director of the FBI was named a few weeks ago, Andrew Baily, that was understood  to be a precursor to replacing Ka$h.

And patel's performance during the Kirk assassination was less than ideal.

But based on yesterday's performances, bondi is on the hot seat (soft interview on katie miller's podcast) and patel (Senate hearing) is looking good to trump.

What a superb performance by Patel at the hearing. He completely turned the tables and had Cory Booker lose his tiny mind.

Outstanding.

This will make Patel's stock rise even more.

He made an effort to be transparent and update the people, it's laudable.

Cory Booker is a clown.

Oh yeah, Trump’s going to fire a brilliant cabinet member because the left hates them.

That the left hates him tells me two things. First, that he’s effective. Second, that he’s going to be more effective as time goes on.

I hope the left hates him more, and howls louder every day.

The more the left hates him, and the louder they howl, the better I like him.

Patel riled Cory up like a 5 year old. I've never seen the tables turned like this at a hearing.
