I would love to be proven wrong, but considering the underwhelming outcome after the 1st day of the ACIP meeting, I currently don't have much confidence that anything but 'cosmetic' changes will be recommended on the vax-issue.  

And therefore it looks like the individual states of the US will have to drive change by implementing their own state vax-regulations.   

Such change will further polarize the issue as

- some states (like California) will not only preserve the current Federal regulations, but even add to them, remove exemptions and  mandate some of the shots; 

- other states (like Florida) are going the exact other route, with the goal of making all vax-shots voluntary.

I think this might be an option if the world population was even remotely in balance.  Many just follow "their" experts in stead of being advised by them and taking control of their own destiny.  Even in a well balanced world, I feel there is a place for vaccines but can accept that others disagree and try to keep an open mind.

 

Medicines and science have made it possible for many unhealthy individuals to survive but at a cost of being mental and physical disasters.  This forum is full of sad individuals that enjoy causing emotional pain.  Their life's are tied to  believes that without they have nothing.

My stance on this is that I do share the same view on natural balance as Stiddle Mump and consequently reject all vaccines and toxic medicine.  I also accept that others disagree with my views on natural health.  But what I do NOT accept is when they try to silence me or mandate/impose restrictions for not sheepishly obeying their so-called 'accepted science' based on consensus non-thinking.

One has to ask; 'What is a vaccine for?' There are usually two answers given by white-coats if asked. The first is mitigate/nullify/protect/etc against a disease caused by a virus. The second is that it helps the immune system to deal with the disease (caused by a virus) from then on (after the vax).

 

Most of the thinking centers around just a couple of things.

 

#1 - Virus. Causes diseases.

#2 - Disease. Causes illness, and in many cases death.

#3 - Immune system. The body learns through; #a catching the disease and overcoming it. #b though a vaccine. and can quickly respond when confronted by the said disease.

 

So far so good. Well! I say; 'none of the above'. And I'll say why I don't agree. And it's not just the simple thing of being anti-vax, as some posters continually say.
