Along with all prisoners getting a mental health check - only in Thailand do the officials admit to and go on with such bull 💩.

Normal prisoners are lucky to get a second thought as to their general heath, let alone their mental health?

Nope - 15k is the max they can have in Jail

All inmates have mental problems, and high bloodpressure..and often other problems, but not so many get 15k for minor purchases...and Thaksins mental health???? Just got a check up in Dubai and Singapore

He's fine once on the plane to Dubai or Singapore, therefore it must be the Thai environment that brings on these life threatening conditions he suffers when ever here. You would think the doctors who resurrected him from his previous near death experience would have advised him against staying in Thailand and seriously consider location elsewhere.

Wrong.  2561 (2018), each prisoner's account is limited to a maximum of 9,000 THB and a prisoner cannot spend more than 300 THB per day.
