Despite you people insisting that he's demented, there is some science behind it.    I personally never heard about it before and I appreciate the public service he's doing by bringing it to

More from ChatGPT about fevers.

In fact, taking a Tylenol for a fever in most cases is a bad idea because you do not want to bring the fever down. The fever is doing sth positive in the body.

So how many people jump to take a Tylenol right away rather than let the fever take its course?

You need to change your Tylenol query to pertain to pregnant women. That's the issue on the table here.  Which is a whole different discussion than general use by the public at large.

Pregnant women suffering fevers has been shown to be a health risk to their unborn child.

A high temp fever is the mother's immune system to react.ing to an infection.....one of the consequences is an increased risk of autism occurring. The biological pathway is seemingly well understood (not by me).

Paracetamol reduces that risk by lowering the temp, but may carry it's own risk of increases the chance of autism.....although a meta-study involving 2 million pregnancies seems to say that isn't the case.

So what is your understanding?

Even the FDA, who I don't trust, point out the association with autism, but since corrupt, won't come out and state, better to not take Tylenol.    So what's causing the rise in autism, the 'flu & fevers' or the treatment of with Tylenol.  $$$$$$

.... "FDA Responds to Evidence of Possible Association Between Autism and Acetaminophen Use During PregnancyAgency initiates safety label change and notifies physicians of possible link

For Immediate Release:  September 22, 2025

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today initiated the process for a label change for acetaminophen (Tylenol and similar products) to reflect evidence suggesting that the use of acetaminophen by pregnant women may be associated with an increased risk of neurological conditions such as autism and ADHD in children. The agency also issued a related letter alerting physicians nationwide.

“The FDA is taking action to make parents and doctors aware of a considerable body of evidence about potential risks associated with acetaminophen,” said FDA Commissioner Marty Makary, M.D., M.P.H. “Even with this body of evidence, the choice still belongs with parents. The precautionary principle may lead many to avoid using acetaminophen during pregnancy, especially since most low-grade fevers don’t require treatment. It remains reasonable, however, for pregnant women to use acetaminophen in certain scenarios.”

Evidence in recent years has suggested a correlation between acetaminophen use during pregnancy and subsequent diagnosis of conditions like autism and ADHD. Multiple large-scale cohort studies, including the Nurses’ Health Study II and the Boston Birth Cohort, find this association." ...

OK, that as weird.

trump couldn't even finish Measels Mumps and uhm

And he struggled with acetaminophen.

What a doofus.

Donald Trump (04:07):

The Amish, yeah, virtually I heard none. See, Bobby wants to be very careful with what he says, and he should, but I'm not so careful with what I say. But you have certain groups, the Amish as an example; they have essentially no autism. First, effective immediately, the FDA will be notifying physicians that the use of acet… Well, let's see how we say that.

Good one.

Im not big on pharmaceuticals but tylenol is actually one medication i trust because tested thru time. He might be using this as a diversion as everyone is expecting him to blame it all on vaccines

I think its sad.  I recently saw a number of pregnant women on social media deliberately taking Tylenol for no other reason than President Trump's HHS pointed out studies that show a possible link between prenatal use of Tylenol and autism in the infant later in life.  Whose life is being gambled with to make a political statement?

I can imagine if the HHS came out today and stated that Thalidomide can cause birth defects, now many pregnant women on the Left would queue up to get a prescription just because the warning came from Trump's HHS?

If there is a causal relationship between prenatal acetaminophen (Tylenol) use and autism, we may find out in the next few years if there is an increase in the incidence of autism among young Democrat and Leftist mothers who purposefully began taking acetaminophen as a political statement.  Who suffers?  The kids.  Unfortunately.

Ahh ha  It sounds like a very cunning plan  a totally voluntary and free case study..not voluntary for the child of course.

I have no doubt that someone(s) will keep track of these mothers idiotic actions and remind them mercilessly  if their  kids develop problems.

Sorry to be the grim reaper, but there are studies showing links to other health problems.

Of course, dose matters.

If you're only taking the occasional Tylenol, it may not be an issue.

But obviously some people are overusing it.

https://williamscancerinstitute.com/the-hidden-risks-of-acetaminophen-what-you-need-to-know/

The findings revealed a concerning association between prolonged acetaminophen use and a higher risk of:

  • Heart failure
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • Hypertension (high blood pressure)

I honestly thought it was the vaccines they would announce as the big satan for rise of autism in children. Or was I wrong?

And when they promised and answer in September, they certainly did!

Another Distraction and Trump his self declared it in a fabulously and fabulousness way if I can say so myself
