The first thing the  DEI supporter Congressman  does is try to belittle the significance of having pride in  a Making America Great Again &   hat.  The  John Wayne Green Beret era vets would have a field day condemning the Wokeness of  Beret unworthiness had become. under the left.

Since you obviously do not want to understand that politics and especially not the merchandising of MAGA products are tolerable in the army, I assume that you did not Watch this to the end.

He was calling out the central threat: what happens when the U.S. military stops being a shield for the Constitution and starts drifting into the role of a partisan weapon.

The OP :...for Involving Politics Into the Military!

AI overview:

Question ,Has politics always been involved in the military?

"Yes, politics has always been involved in the military, but the nature of that involvement has changed throughout history. The relationship varies significantly depending on the country, its history, and its political system".

The history has no place for woke initiatives.

The left has turned everything into a partisan weapon.

Are you aware that this has to do with the US?

Ryan is very clear - and how can any American disagree?

Sharp, Confident. Clear. Crisp. Concise. True. Non partisan.

"By tracing the social history of the U.S. military’s involvement in politics across three distinct eras it is clear how, in each period, the nature of military politicking was strongly shaped by broader social forces".

Hegseth is carrying out the Commander & Chiefs agenda of delitgitimizing the social forces of his past predecessor.  Despite the Ryan's of  Social justice attempts at delegitimizing his efforts. He's attempting in his words "to  remove the social justice ,politically correct, toxic ideological garbage ,that infected the Department of War".  So it be said ,so it be done.

Ryan served in the U.S. Army as a military intelligence officer from 2004 to 2009.

He completed two combat tours in Iraq, including a deployment to Mosul in 2008 during the height of the insurgency.

He attained the rank of captain and was awarded two Bronze Star Medals, along with an Army Commendation Medal and Army Achievement Medal.

Remind me how your man brought peace to the middle east? Oh he was too busy filling his boots with corrupt $$. That worked out well(for him and his grotesque family).

Who exactly were the "rubes"?🤣

You're clearly the rube. The only boots being filled with corrupt $$ are the corrupt Trump family, and of course the billionaire sycophants licking his butt.

HOW DAAAARRREEE THEY😅

Isn't it always the "Never Served" and "Let others go into harm's way for me" types who are the most vociferous armchair Rambos!

Kind of like the bone spurs excuse himself, tough guy with a blubberbutt and canckles, the man who Gen Kelly said called the dead and wounded "suckers and losers" (and guaranteed the star officers at Quantico last Tuesday believe Gen Kelly over Trump), and that nerdy little Heinrich Himmler wannabe, Stephen Miller, whose unhinged rant in Memphis almost sounded like the Fuhrer, not just Himmler.

The US Military is already the world's premier fighting force. The women who serve could kick Hegseth's butt nine ways from Sunday, and certainly all of the fat old MAGA armchair Rambos.

If Hegseth cared so much about people fighting for freedom and security, he might want to have his boss reward the most heroic freedom fighters on the face of the Earth today: the people of Ukraine. Instead, Trump and his groveling, sycophantic minions try to jump on a real man---Zelenskyy---and criticize his attire (which was infinitely more fitting than what Musk used to wear in the Oval Office). Zlelnskyy is Target #1 of Putin, yet Zelenskyy turned down many offers for safe refuge outside Ukraine and chooses to stay in country. (Trump ran to the WH bunker when a Code Pink protest showed up on Pennsylvania Ave, and then called the WH staffer who leaked that to the media a "traitor who should be executed")

I think Hegseth is doing a great job. That the left hates hime so much just proves he’s effective.

Ryan isn't in Hegseth's chain of command...so, what gives a rat's @$$ what he thinks or says.

OBTW, Ryan also endorsed Zohran Mamdani for NYC mayor....his endorsement speaks volumes

Trump’s much-touted — and failed — 2020 Middle East “peace plan” completely ignored Palestine and later morphed into the Abraham Peace Accord — a deal with countries that were never at war.

Combined with his decision to move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, it exposed his ineptitude in foreign policy and likely predicated the Hamas–Israel war.

He lit the fire — and now wants credit for calling the fire brigade.
