To me, this professor has no credibility. Even if Trump were not bright, which there is not evidence of, what are the odd that he was the dumbest student the professor ever had?

If you dig deeper actually you will find that this opinion of Trump was based on personal animosity: "“I remember the inflection of his voice when he said it: ‘Donald Trump was the dumbest goddamn student I ever had!’” He would say that [Trump] came to Wharton thinking he already knew everything, that he was arrogant"
