Hamas and the Palestinians have been bombed by ground attack aircraft, helicopter gunships and drones, shot at by tanks, armoured vehicles, snipers and infantrymen, all from the IDF for decades, they have been blockaded for decades. starved of food, water, medicines and fuel.

 

Their houses destroyed and their lands stolen in full view of the IDF who simply encourage the "settlers".

 

Does anybody really think that they will be scared by anything Trump has to say or do?

I do agree with the poster on another thread, that taking away the names is a mistake.

Trump has a way of saying what he thinks and doing what he says.  Maybe he'll take a leaf from the Israeli's post WWII handbook and all the expatriate Hamas leaders living a life of luxury in middle-eastern mansions and 5 star hotels suddenly find themselves to be permanent residents of Chez 'hotel de Guantanamo Bay.  Head of the snake, and all that. 

The Peace President - Making war world-wide compliments of 2000 pound bunker busters.  Nothing says "Peace" like a GBU-28 5000 lb bunker buster dropped on a tent city or a high-rise apartment block.  Trump will "disarm" Hamas if he needs to kill every last man, women, child, and dog to accomplish it.  And then build Trump Towers Gaza!  "Just need to remove those pesky Palestinians first.  Well, just label them all "Hamas" and let the removal begin!"  It's not genocide if you label all of the men, women, and kids as "terrorists."

Sounds to me like a recipe for more body bags further more trump himself will not be putting himself at risk,he will be spending other people’s lives.

Trump has re-iterated that he wants to help "rebuild Gaza".

 

Let's see how it plays out .... need to wait.

How are you managing in the wake of that hurtful encounter where someone dismissed you with a thumbs down? Your feelings matter, and it's important to acknowledge the impact of such actions.

Why did Hamas return the hostages? 

 

Hamas does not need to be scared, they need to be eradicated.

They should be. BTW it won't be US troops going in. Hamas have two choices. Drop their weapons or die.

Your admiration for these savages is understandable. Those islamist religious fanatics are tough.  They are not afraid to die because 72 virgins await for each of them to arrive on the other side. Hope IDF will soon succesfully complete this big “Gaza-Heavenly Brothel” transportation mission. Then and only then the Middle East will have peace at last.
