Well, you explain it. It doesn't appear to be in Asia. Doesn't seem to be a problem in Europe. I've Heard that it exists in South America but This is just spillover because all of these countries narco states 

 

If China can make billions of more dollars by selling it into other countries why isn't that happening and hasn't happened for years??

I’m still trying to wrap my head around the idea of “family friendly” protests.

 

Did they have carnival rides and sell cotton candy for the kids?  Or did they just paint their kids faces with rainbows and drag them down to the festivities in order to use them as props.

You're right that it's not specifically fentanyl, but opioids in general, and opioids are substitutable.

 

According to the CDC data, it started with a prescription opioid wave (only part of it being fentanyl), then after prescriptions were better controlled and limited, some users switched to heroin, and then switched to fentanyl during the third wave (within a general trend of increased use of opioids).
