No Wise tracking number

Initiated a transfer from my home country bank to Kasikorn.

 

I transferred the money to Wise directly from my bank app. 

 

In the Wise account transaction update it shows they received my money, and that they will pay out tomorrow 11 O'clock. Not sure if that is Thai time or EU time.

 

Anyway, the strange thing to me is that there is no tracking number, neither in my Wise account or my registered email.

Is this normal, or do I smell issues ahead?

Is this your first transfer with Wise?

I've never noticed any tracking number, nor felt the need for one.

There is a transaction number.  Never had need to use/reference/quote it.

Why not wait until after 11 o'clock before you start fretting?

No I use Wise probably for as long as they exist, and I usually get a tracking number. I did another transfer, to another account after I made this post, and instantly got a tracking number.

Where was I fretting? Maybe refrain from commenting on my posts if you don't have an answer to my question, or anything valuable to add

Tracking number lol,  it's not UPS.

Stop fretting until after 11am, my transfer yesterday settled in seconds to Kasikorn so yes probably trouble

The issue is not about the delay, since it concerns a large amount the delay is expected.

The point is that they didn't provide a tracking number, which they usually do for every transfer.

Never seen a "tracking number" in the WISE app.

It's a transaction number for every transfer.

Tracking is done with app (Transfer timeline).

I posted the tracking from another transfer, and I can post several more from previous transfers.

 

The tracking is sent to your email.

So it's an email that's gone astray?

 

I expect you have already checked this but on the off chance you haven't, have you checked your email spam folder?

You track either via the link in an email or go to the website or app and the information will show up there.

Callum WK, Why are you so rude? People just trying to understand what your saying to try and answer your question. Are you like this all the time or just here? I assume your asking about the email with the "track your transfer" Link, which is not a number? It just links to the wise page so you can check the website to see the details of your transfer and check it. If this is what your referring to then I believe no need to worry. You can just go to the actual account page and look.

When you click on the track your transfer tab in the email, you get taken to this screen, and it get update constantly. You don't need to have a Wise account to receive the email or track the transfer

Yep, YOU Should've got an email with ALL the details of your transfer on it....Just like I do everytime I make a Transfer  O.K. ??

Waste of time thread, he probably got his money already, and has not bothered to inform us, callous (sorry callum) guy.
