A woman was left in a critical condition after being stabbed multiple times by her former boyfriend in Samut Prakan on 25 October, following his failed attempts to reconcile. The man allegedly chased her on a motorcycle, kicked her vehicle over and attacked her with a knife before fleeing the scene.

Emergency responders from the Samut Prakan Rescue Centre received the report at 15.30 and coordinated with the Ruamkatanyu Foundationto assist. The incident occurred on Sriwaree Noi Road, Sisa Chorakhe Noi subdistrict, Bang Sao Thong district. At the scene, rescuers found Ms Piyanant, aged 39, lying injured with multiple stab wounds and crying for help. She was rushed to hospital in serious condition. A broken-handled kitchen knife blade was found nearby.

Witnesses reported that the assailant rode alongside the woman’s motorcycle before forcing her off the road. After she fell, he repeatedly stabbed her and then escaped. Police have identified the suspect as the victim’s former boyfriend, who allegedly continued harassing her for weeks after their breakup nearly two months ago.

According to Mr Krissada, a close neighbour of the victim, the suspect had previously tried to reconcile, but the woman refused. About a month earlier, he had poured petrol on her motorcycle, prompting her to file a police report. Despite this, he continued to call and harass her out of jealousy. The suspect had also disrupted her online sales livestreams by making threats, including saying he would “kill himself,” which frightened potential customers and affected her business.

Mr Krissada added that the suspect had recently lost his job as a security guard and was reportedly emotionally unstable. Police said the victim remains conscious but in intensive care. Officers are now working to track down the suspect for prosecution under the law.

Sounds like he loved her too much.

Sounds like he didn't love her at all and was a jealous, deranged psychopath to me.

Or himself... moron

I have the emotional development of a 13-year-old, around that time in my life I stopped developing, something happened and I became a stunted man. I just can't handle rejection, I can't look within for the source of the problem, I can't take responsibility and when I get rejected I act in a very extreme manner.

That's quite the confession, and fully deserving of commendation.

I'm sure everyone would agree that you're very brave, and a glowing light on these forums.

Stout fellow.

Hardly surprising she didn't want him back ...

Of course; we will never know the whole story, the history of the relationship, but you can bet it's been a turbulent one, as is so often the case here because a lot of the Men never 'Grow Up' and never treat any Woman properly with Respect and Dignity.

Majority of same cases is about cash shortage and then try to reconcile 🤨. Jealousy is an excuse.  There is no love, if there is something perhaps big ego.
