iHerb payment problem

Featured Replies

Yesterday IHerb system (iHerb.com) rejected three different credit cards -- Visa, Amex, Mastercard -- when I tried to pay for my order. No reason given, just said use alternate mode of payment. Anyone else have this problem? They have no phone customer service, only chatbot, so can't pursue this.

And is https://th.iherb.com/ their official Thai site? What is the difference?

Is there an trustworthy, affordable alternative to IHerb for U.S.-brand supplements?

Thanks.

Lazada

That is the correct website.

I use it often paying with a US credit card. This is saved to my account.

I suggest you open your account settings and try adding the card(s) you want to use first. Click one as default. Then see if it works.

https://th.iherb.com/

Is correct. From a Thai IP they always throw you this th.... site.

What currency do.you see on payment. They do THB on default. Don't pay in THB.

Make sure it's $ or currency of the card issuer.
