From what you say here, I'm thinking your intelligence is on a grade school level. My girlfriend here is very intelligent, one of the smartest women I've met as far as basic intelligence and work sense is concerned. Works for the government, secretary, and before as an accountant for CPAC. I've been around, and known , hundreds of very smart ladies back home also. Maybe most foreigners are dating women with a year 10 education, but that's only an assumption I wouldn't make. My friends here have wives who are also intelligent and who run businesses.

Simple. You find one that speaks more English. Having a partner you can't communicate with is a dead end relationship. Sex isn't going to hold those together for long, unless of course the woman is content with sitting around doing little besides being a slave, and the man only wants another mother figure with sex added.

How do you know what most anyone does here, or anywhere else? We all know you've been to 100 cities, even though Thailand doesn't have 100 major cities, unless you're counting villages, but that still doesn't mean you know what more than a tiny fraction of a percent of what the foreigners that live here do. One works for Space X and the other has her own media consultancy firm. You know nothing of my life here so dont dump all over me as you do other posters. I have worked in hospitality the whole time over 35 years here and have developed a number of great friendships with others in the trade. I read and write the language at a pratom level as well. Again, how would you know how many foreigners date well educated women? Of course most of us here know many are found in bars, and many are found in farm communities, as well as many in large cities that have higher paying jobs, but you still wouldn't know the percentage of educated women who are with foreigners, as most Thai women are with Thais. Educated or not. As always, you assume.
