Do you mean like a Being 747 that the US Taxpayer will pay $ hundreds of millions to retrofit, and then $ hundreds million more to de-retrofit when Trump gets it for private use?

Or maybe $60 million (so far) for Trump's golf outings since January?

How about the $230 million he's demanding for the DoJ and Smith doing their job and investigating his criminality?

"Democratic candidates won all 30 of Northern Virginia's seats in the Virginia House of Delegates on Tuesday as the party was set to significantly expand its 51-49 majority in the state's lower chamber.

As of 11 p.m., Democrats had picked up 13 seats statewide, according to the Virginia Public Access Project. With only one race undecided, the Democrats will hold at least 64 of the 100 seats, the most they have held in nearly 40 years."

Huh.  Turns out being the party responsible for firing all of the federal workers wasn't a winning strategy in an area with the largest concentration of federal workers in the country.

This is very possible. Also a very possible reason for the government shutdown continuing for so long.  If the workers are feeling the pinch, they will blame the party in charge.

Yet they run the country Placeholder. Clinging to small wins is desperate.

No its satisfaction knowing that small wins lead to bigger ones.

The same kind of nonsense was directed against Bill Clinton when he raised taxes. How did the economy do back then?

Sending was 18 percent of the GDP during the budget surplus.

Correct which happens everytime. The current mob is always hated. 50% of people hate the winning team. Humans are irrational nutters.

Fun to listen to the rationalizations.

VA, NJ, NYC with CA polls closing in a couple of hours.

I wonder what the Trumpian spin will be if Prop 50 passes?

I bet if it does, the fat man will be rage Tweeting all night.

Blood (well ketchup) all over the place!

Not even a swing state and small swings happen nearly everytime against sitting parties due to world events. You guys have learnt nothing about elections in 50 years. The guy who wins does so due to having a better personality and speaking skills. Word salads don't work.

Are you actually saying Trump has a "better personality and speaking skills" and doesn't not serve up humongous portions of word salads on a regular basis???

But wait, there's more.....

In VA, the Dem also won the Lieutenant Governor and a Dem beat the incumbent Repub Attorney General. Dems also added more than a dozen seats to their House majority in VA.

In Pennsylvania, there was a Supreme Court election that would allow 3 Dem justices to remain on the court for two more years, or be taken off and the SC seats would sit empty for 2 years. Trump campaigned hard to knock the Dems off, and Repub PACS poured bucketloads of money into the election.

PA was a State where Trump tried to overturn the 2020 results, and the total PA SC dismissed his frivolous case, just as courts dismissed 59 of Trump's attempts to overturn the 2020 result. Thus, Trump was being his usual vindictive self, trying to get Dem SC justices thrown off the court.

With an average of 64%, all 3 Dem SC Justices in PA retained their seats. Many voters might not even have understood the judicial procedure regarding the election, but Trump's barking and whining probably had some effect to turn the result into a landslide for the Dem justices.

Nationwide, every major candidate Trump endorsed, as well as Props he stood against, went soundly against him. The MAGA brand is going the way of Blockbuster Video, Enron and Pets.com.

Republicans should have asked Elon to offer another of his $1M prizes to a voter who voted their way.

All the weak MAGA excuses are coming out now.

They cannot and will not believe the problem is theirs as they voted for the problem in 2024.

The problem is Trump and the gop who were desperate for power at any cost to the US people.

Now the price is coming home to them.

Mar-a-Lardo has already officially claimed that every race that the Dems won was fixed.

What else would you expect from the orange turd?

What do you expect from a "BLUE STATE?"

If trump was the greatest baseball player who ever lived, this forum would be making threads about how much he strikes out though.

nice comparison

Trump is a New York City trust fund baby not a baseball player that’s the reality…..he has never ever wanted for anything….ever….now his latest and greatest is shutting down the government so he can kill the ACA and rip food out of hungry American kids mouths….thats the reality….thats who he is …..these election results reflect that no more no less…..the question to me is what does that make you and others like you???sad

He's got one more year to commit treason again and try to subvert democracy a second time. If he's unsuccessful there's every chance the Dems will be able to clip his wings after the mid-terms.
