ALICE was set in a diner

I used to love Northern exposure and please if anyone doesn't know it it was set in Alaska of all places !!!

I cried in the 1990's watching this ,Always home every Thursday night at 730pm to watch it 

I have written to the doctor in the series to ask him to call me on WhatsApp 

 

Oh those were the days

I decided to go to the gym this afternoon to walk on the treadmill, I had my earphones on when the gym owner a young guy came over to me 

 

"How are you today George ? 

He asked with a smile 

 

Before I could say Mind your own business, he then added "Are you listening to gym music on your headphones?

"Certainly not I said ,I'm listening 🎧to the tv series theme Song  of Northern exposure!!!!

 

Of course he had no idea what I was talking about simply because young people nowadays don't watch TV

Well  I use my laptop and a 5mtr HGMI cable to the TV, I found it by googling  free TV...

With a VPN I go to Tubi.com and some old classics are avaialble. it has commercials but not too many.  23 seasons of Misommer Murders are available on Tubi.  I just saw an episode of Starsky and Hutch on Tubi.

It was played relentlessly thought out the 1980's about a American school teacher 

 

 

Coronation street was played in Australia every week day at 11am in Australia followed by that awful series Emmerdale where they had to have subtitles on the tv

 

Countdown was every Sunday night with Molly
