Where did the last 26 years go?

The same place where the last 26 seconds went, a historical fact.

I know ! As you get older time speeds up.

There aren't enough hour in a day for me.

Only occasion time slows down , is when waiting in airports of bus terminals.

(or in Thai gov hospitals )

Or waiting for an orgasm...... seems to take hours nowadays!

I still vividly recall my first trip to Thailand in 1999. I then came to live in Thailand (for the first time) for 2 and half years shortly after. I remember practically every detail. Hard to believe that was a quarter of a century ago and almost half of my lifetime. I hope the next 25 years (or however many I have left) goes considerably slower.

^^^ Similar.
The more one focuses on the past and time spent, the more time will appear to be lost. The past doesn’t exist. Neither does the future. Don’t sweat it. We’re all dust in the making anyway.

Been enjoyable as I assume the next 25 will be.  I never complain other than in a fleeting moment of weakness when something frustrates me. Reading some of the posts on this forum this morning reaffirms my believes about life.  Losers complain about everything they can't control nor in reality  comprehend.  They get a rush out of trashing everything external to them.  People are strange...

My life is wonderful at the moment and that is all I need.

Some of us will be dust in the Mekong.

It didn't go anywhere. 26 years living in your mum's basement. Sometimes life is just a big bag of dicks.

Tell me about it.  Last 25 yrs in TH (45 - 70 yrs old) sure did seem to go faster than the previous 25 yrs in USA, (20 - 45 yrs old).  Though I seemed to do, and squeeze a lot more in, back in USA.

Since not working, and having kid, moved around a lot less in TH.

USA - Bought & rehabbed 3 houses for investment, never wanting to retire in any of.

... moved 20 different times, locations

TH -Custom built 3 house, and expected to retire in each 🙄

... moved 6 different locations

USA - bought 1 'new' truck, only because work truck.

TH - on 5th new car, as 2nd hand can be silly priced here

USA - 2 marriages, 2 live ins, no kids (single 15 yrs)

TH - 2 marriages / 1 divorce (single 3 yrs), 1 kid :cheesy:
