According to PolitiFact in June 2025, a review of former Justice Department pardon attorney Liz Oyer’s claims that Trump’s clemency orders have erased more than $1 billion in court-ordered debts is likely true.

As of mid-2025, Trump had approved more than 1,500 clemency actions, including hundreds related to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, which already surpassed most modern presidents over similar periods.

The findings have fueled concern that presidential clemency under Trump has become a privilege sold to the highest bidder, where wealth and connections determine who receives forgiveness from the Oval Office.

I actually wouldn't doubt that Trump is selling pardons.

Reminds me of when Trump's son was selling crack doodles for huge amounts of money to people that suddenly got made ambassadors and rewarded with other cushy positions. Pure corruption. Did the OP wig out at the time, or have they woke up and discovered corruption is bad?

I wasn't aware of that yet, so thanks for bringing it up, and I'm glad you finally realize how corrupt the Trump administration is. You must have seen the light.

"...robbing the country blind and they do not even know it".

Neither do you.

"The grifter in chagre is treating the us taxpayers money as his own..."

I know that you wouldn't post that without being able to back it up so lets have some rational details.

The evidence is in the OP, but maybe you can't read? Fines are a form of tax income, same as tariffs are a form of taxes

Yet now they are supposedly finding corruption everywhere and and claiming to be disgusted by it - after 4 years of cheering on the dirtiest POTUS we ever had. Its crazy😅

Once again, it's you who cannot read, the OP does not state, or even suggest, that President Trump is treating any money as his own.

If you really want to look at corruption then dozy Donnie is the master of them all and this is just one example of how he is raking in the billions of dollars; it makes very interesting reading if you can bother to stay the course. Mainly because it involves Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, negotiating the supposed "peace deal" when in behind all of this is the fact that they are negotiating favours for payment.....read on

Jared Kushner gets caught performing illegal “diplomacy” on behalf of Trump.

In the latest installment of The Trump Family Treats America Like a Side Hustle, Jared Kushner — the president’s globe-trotting, conflict-of-interest machine — quietly jetted off to Moscow this week to negotiate “peace” with Vladimir Putin. But according to a bombshell investigation by Popular Information, the trip wasn’t just corrupt. It was flat-out unconstitutional.

Here’s the scandal in one sentence: Kushner is literally acting as America’s top diplomat while being paid tens of millions of dollars by foreign governments with massive stakes in the very deals he’s negotiating.

Kushner sat across from Putin with no official title, no Senate confirmation, no legal authorization — just himself, a Trump ally named Steve Witkoff, and a translator. Under the law, that makes Kushner a “Special Government Employee” whether he wants the title or not. And that triggers the Constitution’s Foreign Emoluments Clause.

That clause says U.S. officials cannot accept money from foreign governments. Yet Kushner is raking in a staggering $25 million a year from the Saudi sovereign wealth fund alone, with hundreds of millions more coming from Qatar and the UAE through his private equity firm, Affinity Partners — the one foreign governments invested in despite warning that Kushner had “inexperience” and was charging “excessive” fees.

Now Kushner is using his unofficial–official power to help craft a 28-point Ukraine “peace plan” that just so happens to include a key Saudi priority: ensuring that grain shipments — tied to Saudi-owned agricultural companies in Ukraine — keep flowing smoothly across the Black Sea.

So let’s be very clear. The president’s son-in-law is being paid by foreign governments while secretly negotiating with Vladimir Putin on America’s behalf.

And remember — Kushner promised in 2024 that he would not return to the Trump administration. He lied. And now our foreign policy is being run out of a private equity firm stuffed with Saudi cash.

Donald Trump didn’t drain the swamp. He turned it into a Pay-to-Play International Water Park — and put his billionaire son-in-law in charge of the rides.

From your source: "Hirsh Naftali's fundraising activities mark her as the kind of well-connected donor who often wins such appointments, regardless of any relationship they might have with the president's family."

All of you anti-Trumpers out there...geesh. You think Trump just has 'the concept of a plan' when it comes to pardons?

The guy has a strict and uniform list of rules re P4P, should one seek to 'acquire' a pardon. Like the law, just follow the rules.

Example:

---Did you make major donations to Republican candidates before the 2024 election, and with your ill-gotten gains be in a position to donate bigly for the midterms?  (David Gentile, pardoned after running a Ponzi Scheme that took $1.6 billion from 10,000 victims)

---Have you retained $millions in ill-gotten gains from running 400 tonnes of cocaine into the US while serving as President of your corrupt nation, and do your children already live in South Miami and have sufficient wealth to buy a membership at Mar-a-Lago? (President Hernandez)

---Were you acting on behalf of your 'Favorite President' when you beat and bear sprayed 140 Capitol Police, shat on the floor of the Capitol, and searched for the Vice President in order to hang him? (Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, QAnon Shaman, etc.)

---Despite laundering money for criminals and terrorists, including Hamas, does your crypto exchange do business with World Liberty Financial, owned by the Trump crime family? (CZ, Chief of Binance) Double pardon if you donate to build 'the greatest ballroom the world has ever seen'.

---You were simply of the mistaken belief that Hugo Chavez rose from the dead, wrote some slick computer code, uplifting it to an Italian satellite, which then altered Smartmatic and Dominion Voting machines? (Sidney Powell)

Then you have the presidential drug dealer from Honduras ,doing a 45

18 months , does that sound  a wee bit fishy to anyone ?
