As I said, throwing money at opioid overdose reversal medications and emergency services only reduces the number of overdoses that result in death, it does not reduce the number of people overdosing and or using drugs, if anything, it facilitates it.

In any event, I thought you were complaining that Trump was not addressing the root cause, no? Overdose and addition treatments in no way treat the root causes, they just treat the symptoms.

Again, treating overdoes addiction does nothing to address any root cause. All it does is make drug abuse safer and easier. There are addicts that have paramedics show to save them over and over.
