You'd have a point if she was peacefully going about her day.

She wasn't. She was blocking them from doing their duties. Then when challenged she rammed her car into one of them.

I hope defending criminals from deportation was worth it.

Woman liberal woman gets shot in the face while exercising her constitutional right to protest.

Of course you are loving it.

Cold blooded murder. The maga fascist Trump regime will exploit the resulting protests calling them "terrorism" to go in even harder. According to plan. Learn from history but it's really too late fo

In a typical and absolutely foolish manner the cowboy-hat-wearing Kristi Noem declared this an act of domestic terrorism before the victim's body was even cold.

Lawless ICE - the USA's largest domestic terrorist organization.

She didn't have a constitutional right to ram her car into the ICE officer. That's what got her shot.

Loving it????

It seems your emotions are getting the better of you Chomps.

She was in her vehicle, not impeding anything.

ICE had no right to try to enter her vehicle.

She was being detained for blocking the ICE convoy. Agents can and in several instances already seen this year remove people from impeding them in the performance of their duty, and that includes pulling them out of the vehicle. Instead of following lawful instructions, she pointed her vehicle at an ICE agent, grazed him, and attempted to flee. Local authorities do have jurisdiction, however, in towing away the deceased's car.

She didn’t ram her car into anyone.

Not for shooting citizens.

ICE have no authority over citizens.

Well not yet they don’t.

I found the answer. Ice officers carry guns because they are federal law enforcement agents whose duties include making arrests, executing search and arrest warrants, conducting investigations into dangerous transnational crimes, and using force, including lethal force, when necessary to carry out their law enforcement mission and protect public safety.

Slaughtering a citizen exercising her right to protest is not protecting public safety.

ICE have no authority over US Citizens.

It is when she deliberately drives her car into an ICE officer.

If you refuse to watch videos you really shouldn't act like an authority on what did and did not happen. 😄

There's a front on video that would appear to show you are wrong. 1:57.

I’ve already told you Jonny, I watch videos on news channels, not here on this discussion forum.

No video has been released that shows the vehicle ramming an ICE agent.

There is a video showing an ICE agent getting a practical lesson on why not to stand in front of a vehicle, but not of the vehicle striking the agent.

Clearly there’s some gaping holes in the minimal training given to proud boys recruits to ICE.

It’s a very good example of why ICE should leave policing US Citizens to the competent authority ‘The Police’.

The killer’s not yet faced the worst of it.

He’s going to need some injuries to parade in FOX News.

“Swig this moonshine Cletus, then bite on the stick, this is going to hurt you more than it hurts me but it’s for the cause

What country are you from??? In the United States, if the police are surrounding your car in the attempt to apprehend you and you disobey the police and move the car towards another human then they will shoot at you and probably kill you of your own doing.

The video I posted clearly shows the vehicle striking the agent before he fires. If you refuse to watch it because it is posted on a forum rather than one of your preferred leftist propaganda channels then your lack of information on the issue is your problem.

It seems Karen got a practical lesson on why not to ram an armed agent with your car.

Yes I also posted the video from the same angle. She clearly rammed him.

Alas, he doesn't watch videos that prove him wrong are posted on forums. 😄

Maybe you should start. The videos posted "on this discussion forum" are from "news channels" and the front on one clearly shows contact with the ICE officer. Should he had shot her is another thing but at the same time should she had been interfering in federal officers carrying out their duties? Wind the clock back 5 years and if the borders weren't opened up and sanctuary cities didn't become a thing this would never have happened.

ICE will have the opportunity to present evidence of their claim the agent was rammed.

Both the FBI and Minnesota bureau of criminal apprehension are now investigating the incident.

ICE agents are federal law enforcement officers. Impeding federal officers from carrying out their duties is an offence.

Having reviewed the video, she was attempting to flee, recklessly, and guilty of assault with a deadly weapon.

However, the officer had already been struck and subsequently shot whilst in no danger, so his use of deadly force was unwarranted.

Right and couldn’t really care less where you are from. But it’s foolish for a non American to comment on laws of the United States. What is paramount above all else when it comes to the police in the United States is to obey their commands, especially if you are a subject of their objective, if not then you and only you are responsible for the outcome.

It’s not a capital offense.

Murder is.

If you aren’t aware ICE are not the police you perhaps ought not pontificate on who you think should and should not comment.

Both angle clearly show that the officer step away and the car wheels were turning away from the officer; not towards him to indicate she was trying to ram him. The officer then shoot point blank at the woman and walk away showing no sign that he was hurt. He even walk towards and away from the grounded van which is a good distance again showing no sign of distress in walking. You are parroting Trump's narrative that the officer was rammed which was a bold lie.

Who will charge him ?? DOJ, FBI ? or State Law enforcement ? sounds political 😉. what a mess....
