His second point is a 'crock', too. There were no 'illegals' in the car, so no 'judicial warrant' or hope of one, and, thus, no reason for the ICE agents to be engaged at all, as they have no traffic authority. Although they are daily breaking the law left and right, ICE agents are legally only allowed to engage with a warrant or reasonable cause.
