I did watch the video from different angles.

He did not interfere with" law enforcement".

He was trying to help a lady who was being pepper sprayed,the "law enforcement" pulled him away from that lady.

Five or six men jumped him and started to beat him,someone took away his(legal) gun and he was shot

(murdered) right after that.He was also pepper sprayed.

There are many videos/reports showing/claiming two ICE agents had guns drawn and therefore both may have been firing!
