I am on a 90-day non-O visa and renewed my passport via the mail. It is in the mail and being sent back to me. I am going back to the USA right before the 90 days are up. Do I need to get the Visa stamp transferred or go to immigration to report the new passport number?

You have a 90 day permission of stay and seems that you do not plan to obtain 12 month extension.

When you exit Thailand that permission of stay is done.

Have both passports with you upon exit.

No need to transfer stamp or visa info from old to new pp.
