The one in the template link isn't the correct one. The one Jomtien uses is a 1 pager in English, not the half thai half English template

I found the form that Jomtien use, different to the link where the templates are

Just noticed that the download site of Immigration Division 1 doesn't provide any usable download.

All "dead".

Seems to work OK for me in the case of the STM2 form.

Found the problem.

It's simply unusable as a mobile website. Can't see the links on the right side, no slider...

Switch to desktop website and it is visible.

Why Jomtien needs an extra favor is a different thing. TiT.
