Accomodation At Had Rin - Phan Gan

Featured Replies

I will be coming over at the obvious time (1 day before perhaps 2 days after) the next FMP..

Looking for a bungalow directly at Had Rin and close to all the action... Realize this is peak monthly time and may have some issues if not booked etc.

Can anyone reccomend good places ?? Approx prices v quality ??

Just trying to make it easier when stepping off the boat !!

Thanks

Also I am getting mixed reports on the actual date on the FMP..

First I was told 30th July... Online it seems to agree on the 2nd Aug.. The actual moon phase is 31st of July !!!

Can anyone that really knows for sure make a comment ??

The 2nd. The 31st is a Buddhist holiday, the 1st is the start of Buddhist Lent. They do not hold Full Moon Parties on major Buddhist holidays.

As for directly in Hadrin, your best bet would be to check the internet and see who takes online reservations. Otherwise, show up and look around. Good luck and don't bring anything valuable to Koh Phangan as bungalows in Hadrin tend to get burgled full moon party night.

i hope to be arriving in thailand mid august and plan to go to the FMP while there.

although im commenting i dont "really" know sorry

but thought id just reply to confirm that august 2nd (and then 30th) is what i found

to be the most confirmed dates, next one after being sept 28th

Answered this in another thread but will answer again! The party is the 2nd. The 31st and the 1st are both important Buddhist holidays and they do not hold the FMP on Buddhist holidays.
