I would rather not get involved with a Thai lady in the first place.

I would and I did.

Granted that I have known my wife for 15 years and been married for 8 of them with a 4 year old son, divorcing my UK wife and marrying my Thai lady was the best thing I have done in many years.

Everything that we have apart from my computers, clothes and some other stuff is in my wifes name and I am more than than happy that it is. If it all falls apart then it will go to my wife and son with my blessings.
