small place ok, but no problem bringing guests.

ok security - ideally can leave passport and other documents with management.

Dates 1. Starting January 4 for a minimum of 3 months (I can start a couple of days later if booked over New Years).

2. May also consider for 2-3 weeks starting around December 4 or 5 so that I can check it out and also arrange payment for the January stay.

what about YOUR neighbours....

Consider renting a scooter and looking a little more than the 10 mins to the beach.. Lots more options become available at far better prices..

Yes I want quiet, and despite the fact that I will have an occasional guest, my neighbour s will find me quiet. Close to the beach ius a requirement, I am a walker not a rider, thanks andrew
