All the Thai channels have gone off on my truevisions, just a black screen, other channels are still working such as BBC and CNN. Anyone else got the same issue?

You must be special. I have just checked 3/5/7 and all fine on my Bangkok cable service.

9:16 PM in Chiang Mai--our UBC/TrueVisions channels 1,2 & 3 are off the air and stopped working about an hour ago. Did the government shut these stations down purposely regarding the ISA?

No they did not - but there have been reports the channels are now scrambled, as other channels on True, so perhaps your box is not working properly and program needs update.

Perhaps, but all my neighbors are reporting the same problem. Yes, we are showing these 3 channels as scrambled, with error code E16-4. I ran the refresh program from TrueVision's website and it didn't solve the issue. I guess we'll need to contact the local office tomorrow.

Yes, we did. All other UBC channels are fine except these 3.

Unfortunately all Thai TV channels are still working fine on my True Satellite. Hopefully the govt will shut them down soon.

Do the persons having trouble turn off/unplug there converters per chance? They may not have gotten an update program if they do?

still look on the bright side, at least you didnt have to sit through 2 hours of thai soaps this evening!

got up at 5.45am and turned on the news. nothing! the screen is just black. checked my inbox on the menu and there are no messages saying i didn't pay or that they're cancelling the service. no channels at all on my tv.
