Unwanted Text Messages

Featured Replies

Does anyone know how I can stop the constant unwanted messages from D-tac and one to call. it's just one advert after another, your just getting to sleep then there's another text advertising another load of rubbish.

I think there is a number you can call to stop the adverts ?

Any help would be much unappreciated. angry.gif

Call the DTAC call center at number 1678.

Think you may just have to tolerate it. I have been into their office in Chiangmai (2 maybe 3 times) to ask them to stop and they say they will do that ... but I still get them. Maybe I get less, but I still get them. I even explained that my phone doesn't show thai text so the messages are illegible anyway. Just mute and delete.

I don't know about Dtac but 1 2 call is easy. Just call 1175 and ask them to stop the sms messages. They speak very good English and they will stop within a few days.

The place to go for your Farang food fix!

The islands Premier Farang food Outlet!

I am with AIS & had this problem a few months ago. I happened to pass by an AIS shop in a shopping mall & they had those spam messages stopped within a few minutes.

For operator originating spam DTAC is easy, just call 1678 and ask them to stop. There may always be some rogue operator who sends their own spam but DTAC are very helpful even going after them to make them stop
