I was reading an old copy of SuperBike Magazine (July 2008) and there was this really informative article about oils, by chief chemist at Fuchs Silkolene Dr John Rowland. It's written in a Q&A form and easy to understand...even for mewink.gif

I hope it's not against forum rules or copyright to scan and post the article.

Great article, even though the part where it gets interesting in the first page is all blurred.

My favorite quote: "There are plenty of half-baked ideas and gullible people out there" LOL - isn't that true, and not only when it comes to oil additives. It's more like a universal truth... :lol:
