When is The Tattoo Festival at Wat?

I check that out but saw no date for the Festival at Wat. You see, I would like to go to this Festival and get my tats blessed and get a Thia tat of a prayer. I know that I can do this at any time, but to do it with 5000 people would be an experience of a life time.

Maybe if you posted the name of the Wat then someone would know of a phone number or an address or an email address or something. As it is you have given us no information.
