French Laptop And Electric Plug

Featured Replies

how can i use my french system laptop in thailand ? what plug or adapter do i need , and where can i get it... i live in Phuket this winter... Also can i have an internet connection in a rental appartment. khop kun ka

You should be able to just plug it in

Most sockets accept round or flat pin plugs..

Voltage is the same 220 volts.

If for some reason the plug won't fit any hardware store will have a myriad of adaptors. Just take along the lead, they'll know what you want.

For internet, if you have a phone line no problem. You can get access cards in the 7-eleven (various different providers and values).

Scratch off the back and you see a username and password. Set up a dial-up network connection, put in the phone number on the card, the username and password and away you go.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
