Where Do American'S Gather In Bangkok?

Recommended Posts

Posted

Where do American's get together in Bangkok to discuss the condition of their country? We are looking for some stimulating political, religious, economic, or general conversation. Please, we are not interested in any emotional heated juvenile debates. We just simply need an exchange of ideas and opinions about the country's current and future situation. wai.gif

I see no point in debate. Unless you run things, what is the point of debate?

I hate what the country has become, but I can't change it.

I left years ago and I'd rather not return.

As the election gets going, I expect Democrats Abroad will have some events. cowboy.gif

I said stimulating not ignorant conversation hit-the-fan.gif

The Tavern, Suk soi 4, just up from Jools.

Those I spoke to didnt fall under the category of, bleeding heart liberals, socialists or Obama apologists.

Perhaps the mods can vet new members a little more carefully in the near future, after a few lessons on profiling from the uSA Dept. of Homeland Security. wai.gif

[Vet: b : to evaluate for possible approval or acceptance <vet the candidates for a position>]

Washington Square - circulate between the Silver Dollar, Texas Lone Star and Bourbon Street and you'll find a few from the US. Finding some who aren't to the right of Genghis Khan may be harder!

Let the USA bashers have their say. I find their comments quite amusing.

They are not Australian....they cannot handle the truth.
