For eight years. Yes, if true it would indeed legally be both rape and child molestation. Stop calling me names, that is against the rules here. Again, it wasn't one incident that was corrected by parents. It was a long pattern. It all fits in now, the pattern of evidence that there is something deeply flawed in the psychological makeup of Zimmerman. If his defense is based on his testimony, considering he has lost almost all credibility now, he's in deep trouble.

How many of the above accusations have been proven? Not knowing much of the case perhaps all of them, can someone clarify please? Now, if they are proven, of course they are relevant, if they are accusations, they might be relevant, if he is cleared of all counts, they are very relevant, he is innocent.

One unsubstantiated claim of abuse and you call Zimmerman a rapist. Just to illustrate how silly that is, I was going to post a similar accusation against Obama from someone who knew him at Columbia University but then remembered that no one can actually remember him ever being there. But if I had posted it, you would have objected to the rapist label, you would have demanded more proof than some anonymous accuser, etc.
