Immigration Templates

Residents will save time by saving the appropriate templates onto their computers & completing them at home prior to conducting their 90 day reports/annual extension of stay etc. All current templates can be found here:

Regular visitors to immigration can store the info & need only change the date (or passport no/ address when applicable) instead of writing everything by hand. All they need do on arrival @ immigration is sign the form(s).

Documents of two or more pages should be printed double sided, not on two separate sheets of paper.
