Ban Chang / Sattahip Cable

Featured Replies

Up to recently there were three English channels on this service which I have been using for four years or so. Actually two always English and two part time. Then one of the part timers disappeared leaving two and a half. Now the SciFi channel has gone and been replaced by a thai version of true series. And the only remaining one has been blocked ie "Channel 44 UC PAL needs authorisation code". As I sit here there are no channels in English!! The over 50% share of advertising screening and the massive amounts of repeats was just about bearable given the cheap price of 350 baht but now it is no longer a viable option. What a cock up!

Gee wiz, we live in Thailand and the farangs are not happy that a local cable company only has channels in the native language, who would have thought

CTH sat service is now in the area. Take a look at their choices

Had a look, and a trip to their shop on the new road between Pala and the Sukumvit. Still waiting to get hooked up nearly a week later. I just mainly want to watch the EPL games this season. Preferably in English, and with other channels hopefully in dual-language. So far, they really don't seem to know what they are doing..
