Previously when I came across a blocked website, I was able to use a proxy server to circumvent this restriction. Now I have noticed that, this no longer seems to work. Does anyone have any idea how I can get round the censorship thing?

I have been using 203.155.92.131, port 80. Now previously I had used one based in Thailand. I have been trying to get through to www7.kinghost.com. It seems as though the ISP's have moved up a level and blocked them from the central server rather than their indvidual ones. Any help in getting around this would help
