Is Trump going down?
How would challenging the election trigger a “12th Amendment solution”? I believe the challenges would have to be resolved prior to any such action. Trump tried this last time, and contrary to what some here would claim, we had a peaceful transfer of power. -

I can only hope the violence toward Trump voters doesn't escalate.
Because he has not been sentenced yet. You do not know much about how the legal system works do you? He could be jailed on bond violations at any moment. -

Grab Delivery Rider Dies After Crashing Into Parked Truck in Si Racha
Probably not. A lot of the older Trucks have terrible rear lighting too and often at least one Brake Light is not working. Indeed; it is possible to see multiple Vehicles of all types every day with defective bulbs on Thai roads. -

So far, the DoJ hasn't charged any of the Proud Boys or Oath Keepers of any of the other January 6th rioters with insurrection under Section 2383 of Title 18. Instead, several of the participants have been charged and convicted under Section 2384 of Title 18 for seditious conspiracy. Seditious conspiracy carries a prison sentence of up to 20 years, while insurrection only carries a term of up to ten years plus disqualification from holding Federal office. The events of January 6th 2021 were a seditious conspiracy on the part of at least some of the participants as has been proven by the courts and this is a more serious offense than insurrection as evidenced by the longer potential prison sentence. .
