GMAIL can composing screen enlarged?

Of course one can but only manually. I find the original composing window tugged into the right corner for my mails too small. With all the customization it should be possible to have a Preference Setting which gives the full screen as composing window. Possible with GMAIL? I´m not interested to chance the email provider.

If using the Browser version of GMail, have you tried clicking the tilted ↕ in the compose windows?

Or, take a look at the Google Support Gmail Help "Compose window size options: Compose messages in a window that’s right for you."

Otherwise look for browser extension for gmail.

Or, use a dedicated IMAP Client Application to interact with GMAIL.

Bingo, you are right, there is an extension Open Compose Window and it opens up really on the whole

pc screen without the gmail clutter. Will be a relief
