Cant access ITV Player with Zenmate Premium !

Previously before when the UK was part of the free package on Zenmate when ITV Player asked for Postcode location I just whacked in my home address.

Now it wont accept it under Premium !!

I'm assuming I need to give the exact location of the IP location that Zenmate connects from ??

Any suggestions....?? Have emailed Zenmate yesterday but no response yet

Clear your cache and try again, works for me.

ok sorted that. Simple mistake of entering postcode without a gap. Apologies and thanks to who responded. Connection was A1 under that premium version
