Analysis Thailand in Trouble: Expats Exit as Vietnam Steals the Show
For now. As infrastructure builds out and Thailand continues to flounder... It's all but lost Japanese and Chinese. I think the European and most western nations are pretty much finished with Thailand as well. Been there done that. The only viable segment are the extremely budget conscious Indians and the equally skint single male travelers. The problem with the ladder is that the f2f p4p industry has entirely died. I recall when Thailand had a mere few million per year. I built those numbers primarily on the fact that it existed and exists as the regional international hub for travel to neighboring countries. Need to ask yourself what is the draw to Thailand? Is it safe? Can I get treated in a hospital and not get ripped off? If I have a legal issue with the police or be treated fairly? -

Pretty much the opposite of reality. The UK has a comprehensive trade deal with the EU. It is also benefitting from leaving the EU with it's latest trade terms with the US. Far fewer tariffs than the EU will have to suffer. Best of both worlds. Trump campaigned on now new wars, but is now being dragged into a war for Israels benefit. all the old war Hawks like Lindsey Graham, all the dems that hate Trump will all be on board too. I hope it doesnt, Its a shame Israel has infested US politics to such a degree.
