Plenty of Cashasa (a Brazilian Sugar Cane Moonshine Rum) Plenty of (ideally) caramelised, liquid sugar Plenty Limes, fresh, diced. Crushed Ice. Rim the glass with sugar. Pour Liquid Sugar and Lime Dice into a bowl and crush as with a chili grinder (minus the chili please) Add a few drops (one oz. of the rum) into the crushing mix Pour into a glass the additional ounce and a half of Cashasa, (total 2 & 1/2 ounces) Add the lime & sugar Should fill about 1/3 to 1/2 the glass. Fill the glass with crushed Ice. Straw, drink. Liquor can be replaced with equivalents in some cases A caipiroshka is the same but with vodka WHY did that give me a desire to drink, when I don't even drink that?
