Is the England game on tonight on Truevisions? If so what channels? Cheers.

According to them that game will be on Channel 3 tonight.

Until now all games have been shown either on Channel 3 (#33 on TrueVisions), Channel 3 Family (#13) and Channel 3 SD (#28). Commentary was available in English.

what about CTH?

CTH are showing the games on their Stadium 1 channel (#101). I think that Stadium 2 will also be used when two games are played at the same time - final group games.

If you have Truevisions then watch on Thai channel 3 channels (3..13..28..33). They start their coverage of each match 30 minutes before kickoff with 2 muppets chatting about the game. Commentary in both thai and English languages.
