Real Estate Agent in Chiang Rai

Featured Replies

I will be moving from Bangkok to Chiang Rai in a few months. Not looking to buy but to rent a nice furnished place near the center of town. Monthly rental budget of 8,000 to 12,000 baht. Anybody know a good agent that can help me? I am a single retired American who has lived in Bangkok for three years. Will still keep my Bangkok condo and plan to shuttle back and forth. Month to month best, but willing to lease 6 months or longer if necessary. I have been to Chiang Rai a few times and really like the vibe up there. A good break from Bangkok indeed. Hope to meet a nice Thai lady and settle down maybe. Thanks!

That price will probably get you a studio apartment close to the city center.

Not sure about agents for that type of thing but it would be an idea to come up for a few weeks, book in a hotel or guest house and shop around yourself.

just search it on the internet... not worth getting involved with an agent... maybe get a monthly rate in a hotel or guesthouse first and look from there.
