Drawing up plans for the new house, when the time comes will need to track down an architect in the Yang Talat/Kalasin area.

The house will have q-con or superblocks with double glazed windows and roof insulation,but l have no idea when it comes to load bearing walls etc, so this is where l need the expertise of an architect.

When the wife needed a large extension on one of her buildings she asked our local tessaban. For what i considered was a small fee their architect drew up the plans and gave us building permission at the same time.
