Moving LPG plastic gas feed underground.

I've got a plastic gas hose feed from the Lpg bottle outside to my appliance inside the house.

After SWMBO's extensions, there is a door where the bottle would have been.

So I have to run the gas feed underground or under the cement to put the gas bottle out of the road.

Can I run the gas feed inside that black thick tubing with the red stripe on it, then underground to the gas bottle?

The gas line feed is a continuous length with no joins.
