Can anyone tell me the name of the housing estate and high rise tower block (looks new) that seems abandoned on the left hand side expressway coming out of BKK and near to the Pattaya exit toll booths?

Actually, I've no Idea how to upload pics using Android, without Tapatalk.

 

There's a few abandoned projects/ derelict buildings I've seen here in Udon.
