Can't find a call center in ENGLISH for True Online

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've been experiencing problems with my true online internet connection and that happens only in the weekends.

I've tried calling 1686, 02-900-9000, and some other number I find where I can, but NONE of those numbers have

an English menu. How can I contact them??? Does anyone have any idea? I'm getting quite annoyed at this. It's the 3rd time it happens....

Thanks for any tips, advice etc.... very frustrated right now

I just now dialed the 02-900-9000 number.  A recorded message took place,  and then a series of dial tones and another pre-recorded message started,  the second message started in Thai, then it switched to English stating for English language please press 2.

Thank you, I just called but I only got Thai. Nothing stating "English, press 2".

Then I tried again, and when the series of dial tone came in, I pressed 2 and the recording changed to English.

Thank you very much for your tip, metisdead!

I gotta say...I'm loving this forum!

Second time I get a problem solved by all these wonderful anonymous people :)

I just called both numbers the OP gave and yes for the first 25 seconds or so it is all in in Thai and then it says "in English" to Press 2 for English.  A then right after that they are talking in Japanese to say what number to press if wanting Japanese language.

Maybe as soon as the OP heard Thai for the first 15 seconds or so he hung up thinkinng no English language option was available.

And no doubt these first 25 seconds are taken up with True promos of various "whizzo" services and/or products.......
