CHUMPORN: -- Three teenage girls in Chumporn went to police armed with a picture of a man who had been harassing them while driving a motorcycle in the southern Thai town.

 

The picture showed a long haired man in light blue shirt and black shorts on a Honda Skoopy-i.

 

The rider's right hand was on the handlebars but his left was fondling his genitals that were displayed for all to see reported Thai Rath.

 

The three M3 (Year 10) students went to the cops after the man rode his bike calling out lewdly to the girls as he played with himself

along the Chumporn to Pak Nam Road.

 

One of the three girls on the bike said they had tried to get away but the pervert kept catching up. Eventually after a five kilometer journey they decided to take a picture with a phone.

 

Then when they reached the "Big One" shopping center they turned off and escaped his attentions and went to the police.

 

Police printed the picture and are hunting the pervert.

I studied the Highway Code recently for my motorbike test and didn't see any references that prohibit "fondling one's genitals". Someone pray tell me if it's a crime or not, as I want to keep a clean licence...

He needs a hand operated gear shift on that scooter. I'm guessing it was a good size for a Thai given they could see this from a distance.
