Hello the mother of my Thai child, loose the Thai original birth certificate of my daughter

How can we apply a Thai passport for her ? She had also a French passport, but right it's impossible for her to leave the country with French Passport I guess.

I do not see why its impossible to leave with a French passport---she is French obviously, and this is her first passport-issued by the embassy in Thailand.  (yes/No)-

If so there is no requirement that she even has to have a Thai passport.

For adults replacement passport does not require a birth certificate - expect home register could be used if no ID card issued if more than old passport needed.  Although a new birth certificate can not be issued believe a copy can be obtained.  Many people lose birth certificates.

Or are you saying birth certificate is French and you can not obtain a copy?

If born in Thailand an unused foreign passport could also be used to exit with a copy of birth certificate.

The case is :

Her French passport is issued in France, ( she ever had a French passport issued by the French Embassy in Bangkok, but it's already renewed in France ) ( she never used her French passport to the Thai passport control )

- She have already a Thai passport before, she used it to go out and back to Thailand for twice times.

So, I am afraid the Immigration will tell that the children is already used a Thai passport to exit Thailand, so she must use again it;

But right, the Thai passport is broken

so the French passport is issued in France, not in French Embassy in Bangkok, so I wonder what will be the issues..

You say that the Thai passport is broken, I guess by saying broken you mean it's damaged and can't be used.

So why not take the damaged Thai passport and any other documents you do have to a Thai passport office and ask for a replacement?

While it should indeed be possible to get the passport replaced by showing the old, damaged one, you in any event ought to get the birth certificate replaced as well, and better to do that sooner rather than later as the time that passes, the more chance of original records getting lost/being hard to find at the amphur.

As I understand it:
(1) the child re-entered Thailand on a Thai passport that since got lost.
(2) There is a French passport but, since she did not use that on arrival, she cannot leave on that.
As stated already, for the Mother, being Thai, it would not be to difficult to obtain a copy of the Birth Certificate. Only thing is that she probably has to go to the Amphoe, maybe even with the child.

As this issue is not difficult to solve, my apologies if I am over suspicious, the post provokes the following Question: what happened to the Thai Passport?
Is it with the mother and she refuses to hand it over ?
