What do you like most about Thai girls?

No, this isn’t some tawdry sex-pat rumination. It is merely a short discussion about what it is we men find so appealing about the women that populate this magical country. And when I say “men”, I don’t just mean foreign men.

 

During my nearly two decades of living in Thailand I’ve never met a heterosexual expat who wasn’t attracted to Thai women and I also have never met a Thai man that prefers foreign women over Thai ladies. Correct me if I’m wrong.

 

So what is it that makes them such landslide winners in the global femininity race? Why does the annual Miss Universe pageant turn into “who can beat Miss Thailand”? After grilling a wide variety of admirers of different ages, economic realities and nationalities, I find that everyone has their own set of reasons.

 

One of my fellow countrymen sang the praise of Thai femininity in general. “The women in my country are too busy trying to compete with men” he said. “I like girly-girls”. Other guys were more specific about physical features common to most Thai women. “It’s the hair and nails” one Frenchman lamented. “That silky black hair, those immaculate hands and feet … and such nice skin!” A bit fetishistic, but mostly true nonetheless. My friend from Italy didn’t even hesitate with his answer. “It’s the smile” he said. “When I met my wife I saw her smile across a crowded room before I ever got a look at the rest of her. I was history”.

They are so feminine and pretty and they even flirt and pay attention to me. They get lots of points for that. 

Their toxic beauty, petite little bodies, pappaya salad breath and easy going nature, "up to you"

 

absolutely nothing  ....  

To me there is something about the Buddhist beliefs that permeates the Thai culture that makes living here much easier than living in a western country.. It starts with respect.. everywhere I go I am treated respectfully.. by all Thai people .. young and old.. male and female.. of course it is particularly gratifying to be treated respectfully by beautiful young ladies.  I find that people here are less judgmental than people from western cultures perhaps because of  the Buddhist view that we are all on our own journey and responsible for our own advancement.   They may not condone a person's behavior but they view it as that person's problem.. not theirs. There is something in Thai culture too about relationships where a Thai woman has a clearly defined roll of taking care of her man and family.  I think we can all be thankful that political correctness hasn't gone mad here as it has in western countries.  

 

  I am well aware of the exceptions to these perceptions and the craziness  that goes on... perhaps I am just lucky but these are the things that make my life enjoyable here.  

Was born more attracted to Asian features than any other race.  That being said, there are other countries where I find the women more attractive in Asia.  Thais do have natural beauty for sure but I also like the unnatural aspects money can add to it, good clothes, make up, hair, nails, and a general look that is enhanced by money, cheap trashy market clothes and flip flops are just not my bag.  Probably why I find the Japanese, Koreans and a couple other countries women more attractive overall.

First is an infectious smile ,,, 30 years ago all the Thai girls were slim , even after children ,,, Unfortunately now with dairy, soft drink and deep fried everywhere things are changing !!!

Thai girls age so well ,,, even at 50 years old can be eye pleasing and fun )))

Hygiene and grooming ,,, Clean and fresh )))

OK !!! The Biggie for me is the respect for age ,,, particularly upcountry ,,, Always helping to look after and respect the aged )))

Now I'm 65 young , but the respect is a 2 way street , I feel 35 and am treated as such )))

Thai girls can live with and Love an older partner ( Thai or Westerner ) ,,, Who of course is also a provider )))

Thai girls can be younger in the mind , illogical , reactionary and late ,,, I Love them all )))

 

They don't all have borderline personality disorder which is already a huge advantage over Australian women.

At least you know when they are lying? Yes, lying comes easy to the average Thai girl. My Wife's sister is the Queen of the liars. Just unbelievable stuff and sadly it damages the whole family. She manages to lie to her 76-year old American partner who is besotted with her not realising the damage she is doing to him. He then takes her side and believes all the sh** she spills out. Horrible, just horrible. I think he'll find out that she's taking his money to give to her ex-thai husband! I hate liars. Fortunately I have not yet caught my wife lying after 6 years together - she's actually too honest for her own good.

Legs. I have always been a bit of a leg man, and here I'm in leg heaven.

yes, you can see their lips moving. yes i know it is a cultural thing, nam jai or greng jai or what ever. to put it bluntly the are cheap to support and they are easy to get into bed. the winning factor for me is as long as you dont marry them or put property in their name they can take you for anything when you go separate ways. this alone was a good enough reason to have kids with a thai woman and not a western one.

She's only really mine, when she's got my name tattooed on her. Hands off fellas this one's been branded.

what i like about Thai ladies is that they can give you lovely looking loek krungs?.

I Blame "Stingray" ! Yes, that kids show I watched so often has "Marina" aqua Marina, she looks Thai with her Asian features and long silky hair. I was "conditioned" as a child, so when I reached adulthood I went in search of my own "Marina",

 

Still havnt found her so married the wife instead.?

It's a bit early, but I can't make sense of the words I have underlined there.

Give them a smartphone, access to a TV, some comic books and you will have a wonderful, long lasting partnership.
